Cert II Hospitality Dandenong Success Story with Michel's Patisserie
Lino Pulou, is one of the successful candidates
that has secured employment at Michel's Patisserie after completing
a Certificate 2 in Hospitality with Trainer Sam Samarasinghe.
According to Lino's consultant Annie, initially he was a little reluctant about pursuing a career in the Hospitality industry, and committing to a 7 week course.
Lino regularly attended class and participated in all required activities. While participating in his Vocational Placement at Michel's Patisserie, Parkhill Plaza in Berwick, Lino demonstrated excellent coffee making skills and made a great reputation for himself among the regular clientele. According to Michel's Patisserie Owner Nicole, Lino has come out of his shell as his confidence has improved immensely... He is doing a great job making coffee's, (see attached photo of Lino and Nicole) serving customers, and is also fitting in very well with the team at work...
