Employers and Australian Apprentices now have four ways to lodge claim forms Sarina Russo Apprenticeship Services for incentives and personal benefits:

  • Mail (please use our P O Boxes)
  • Delivery by hand into our offices
  • By Fax, 1300 883 426 or
  • By Email

To assist in the process, we will distribute to you a specific email addresses so you can lodge your claims electronically.

Please Note: If you return incentive claims via fax or mail, the original claim form must kept. The original claim form can be requested at any time, and failure to produce the original may result in recovery of any associated payments.
